Broccoli cloud eggs

Broccoli cloud eggs

Overview

Both broccoli and eggs are very nutritious and can replenish the body with the protein and vitamins it needs every day to enhance the body's immunity... This dish is relatively light and I didn't add salt throughout the whole process because the eggs themselves don't need salt to be fragrant... The crispness of the broccoli, the smoothness of the egg whites and the strong aroma of the egg yolks make this dish really promising, delicious and nutritious. In fact, it can also be mixed with salad dressing to make a delicious appetizer~ It is very suitable for the elderly, children, people who are losing weight and lazy people who like to cook quick dishes🙄🙄like me today😱g😂😂😂😂
