Shrimp with Sauce
Overview
A delicious Western dish made using ingredients available at home. The sauce poured over the shrimps is prepared with hoisin sauce, Thai spicy sauce, shredded cheese and salad dressing, and is paired with shrimps fried in olive oil. It has a very rich taste.

Wash the prawns.

Remove shrimp heads and shells.

Cut three knives from the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread.

Wash the cabbage and purple cabbage and cut into thin strips.

Add hoisin sauce and Thai hot sauce to the bowl. Shredded cheese and salad dressing.

Mix well and set aside.

Place shredded cabbage and purple cabbage on the bottom of the plate.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add shrimp.

Fry over low heat until cooked.

Place the fried shrimps on top of the shredded vegetables.

Then pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp.
