Stir-fried pork heart with pickled cabbage

It’s summer and I don’t like to eat anything too greasy. I’m tired of all kinds of pork, chicken, and fish, so why not try some pickled pig heart? It’s refreshing and appetizing~

Wash and cut the purchased sauerkraut (there is a lot of sand on the head of the sauerkraut, so be sure to clean it, otherwise you will chew "white sugar" when eating, which is not a good addition)

Prepare red onion, garlic and ginger

Add pork heart and stir-fry

Cut it off and put it into a bowl

Pour the sauerkraut into the pot and start frying
