In winter, when the haze is heavier, eating pears regularly is helpful for lung health. Many melons and fruits are better when steamed and eaten. If you like something a little sweeter, you can put a piece of rock sugar in it for a good taste

  1. When washing vegetables and fruits, put some flour so that they are clean and steam as many as you like

  2. Remove the pear core

  3. Use chopsticks to poke the top of the jujube into the jujube core and it will come out. Slice 2 jujubes into pieces

  4. Add as much almonds, jujube slices and wolfberry as you like

  5. Same as above and steam for 25 minutes
