Thinly sliced beef tenderloin

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and vegetable oil and mix well

Add egg whites, mix well, and refrigerate for one hour

Take the beef out of the refrigerator and add steamed pork rice noodles

All the beef is coated with rice noodles

Peel and slice the iron stick yam and put it into a plate

Put the beef on top of the yams

Place on the steaming rack and steam over medium-low heat for about an hour

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
