Chop the meat into minced meat

Remove heads and seeds from green pepper

Add salt, ginger, black pepper and soy sauce to the minced meat to make a filling and set aside

Put the prepared meat stuffing into the green peppers

Add oil to the pot, and then add the green peppers when they are eight ripe,

When the green peppers are fried to brown, just like tiger-skin green peppers, add a little salt, and finally some vinegar. Add it according to your preference. I put a spoonful and simmered for two minutes on low heat.
