Roasted sweet potatoes
Overview
I remember that the happiest time when I was a kid was to cook at home by burning firewood in winter, and then bury a few sweet potatoes in the firewood pile. After a while, I would open up the firewood pile and start eating it no matter how dirty my hands were. It had a yellow color and a strong fragrance. It is difficult to have that taste, mood and feeling now. However, as people grow up, they always eat it. I like to miss it, and always want to get that taste, so I tried various methods, using microwaves and ovens, but I can't get the original taste back. I tried air frying a few this morning. Although the taste is not the same as when I was a child, it is not much different from the taste when I was a child. The moment I peeled off the skin, my mouth watered.
