Cut the beans into sections, cut the king oyster mushrooms into strips, cut the tomatoes into cubes, shred the bacon, and mince the ginger and garlic; mix dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oil, chili oil, rock sugar, and salt into a sauce and set aside; cook the noodles and rinse them with cold water and set aside;

Heat the pan with cold oil, then sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant;

After the ginger and garlic are fragrant, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes produce juice;

Add bacon and stir-fry until white and tender;

Add the beans and king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until the beans are cooked; when the beans are cooked, add the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil (you can add an appropriate amount of boiling water or stock). After boiling, add a small amount of chicken essence;

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry over medium heat with a spatula and chopsticks until the color is even, then simmer until the soup is thick and ready to serve (remember to stir during the simmering process to avoid burning the pot).
