Rose ice cream
Overview
This is the first time I made ice cream with rose jam and added some rose essence. The color is beautiful and the rose flavor is quite strong!

Take a basin and add milk

Add rose paste

Add condensed milk and mix well

Keep in the refrigerator

Put the light cream into the eggbeater

Add caster sugar

Add some lemon juice

Added a few drops of rose essence

Use a whisk to beat at high speed until 90% stiff and not flowing

Take out the refrigerated rose milk juice

Add the whipped cream and mix well

Take out the pre-frozen ice cream bucket from the refrigerator and install the stirring paddle and base

Put the bucket into the bread machine, carefully pour the liquid, and activate the IMIX button. The default is 20 minutes. I used 2 programs, which is 40 minutes
