This is the first time I made ice cream with rose jam and added some rose essence. The color is beautiful and the rose flavor is quite strong!

  1. Take a basin and add milk

  5. Put the light cream into the eggbeater

  7. Add some lemon juice

  8. Added a few drops of rose essence

  9. Use a whisk to beat at high speed until 90% stiff and not flowing

  10. Take out the refrigerated rose milk juice

  11. Add the whipped cream and mix well

  12. Take out the pre-frozen ice cream bucket from the refrigerator and install the stirring paddle and base

  13. Put the bucket into the bread machine, carefully pour the liquid, and activate the IMIX button. The default is 20 minutes. I used 2 programs, which is 40 minutes
