Ingredients
Steps
-
Just add flour, water, yeast and form a dough, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
-
After rising, knead into a smooth dough, cover and ferment.
-
At this time, you can make potato puree. Peel one purple potato and put it in a bowl. Add an appropriate amount of sugar and grind it into a fine puree with a spoon.
-
After an hour, when the dough has risen, poke a hole with your hand. If it does not shrink or rebound, it is a success.
-
Place the dough on a board and roll it into a large square piece, then spread with mashed potatoes.
-
Roll up and cut into equal portions with a knife.
-
Pick up one portion, hold two ends in each hand, twist it into a roll in the opposite direction, and do everything in sequence. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for 20 minutes.
-
Wake up papers.
-
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush with oil, add the rolls, fry the bottom slightly hard and golden.
-
Pour in half a bowl of hot water and cover. Simmer for 13 minutes.
-
After 13 minutes, all the water has evaporated and the bottom has become crispy. If there is still water, wait until it has evaporated before taking it out of the pan, otherwise the bottom will not be crispy!
-
The prepared purple potato rolls are crispy on the bottom and soft and sweet on the top. They are delicious.
