Milky buns
Overview
Milky buns, a very lovely breakfast. Small, round and cute, I just like this style! Freshly baked buns, golden and shiny crust, and tempting buttery aroma make people salivate. What are you waiting for? Start immediately, kill one in a few mouthfuls, and then another one, and have a great meal. The day's plan begins in the morning, and breakfast is about eating well and satisfyingly.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the eggs, white sugar, salt, light cream, and water into a bowl and mix well.
-
Add sifted high-gluten flour and yeast, and knead into a dough until the surface is smooth and not sticky.
-
Add butter and knead until glove membrane can be pulled out.
-
Place the dough in a container and cover with plastic wrap.
-
Ferment at room temperature until 2 times the original volume.
-
Deflate the fermented dough, divide into small pieces weighing about 50g each, and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Brush a non-stick baking pan with honey and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds (you can ignore this if it's troublesome). Roll the rested dough into a ball, place it on a baking sheet, and ferment for the second time until it doubles in size.
-
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface, put it in a preheated oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
