One cabbage, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, a little dried fungus, a few peppercorns, and 2 dried chili peppers.

Take a large dish, put cold boiled water and ice cubes on it and set aside.

Cut the cabbage in the middle, leaving the remaining part.

Break off the cabbage.

I cut the cabbage into rectangular shapes.

Take a piece of vegetable and cut it diagonally with a flower knife. Don't go too deep, otherwise it will break.

Then cut the cabbage into strips, which makes it beautiful and tastes very crisp.

Soak the chopped cabbage in ice water for half an hour. Remove from water and set aside.

Soak the dried fungus in advance and cut into shreds, as well as the onion and ginger.

Pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil into the pot, add shredded onions, ginger and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Fry until fragrant and pour in vinegar.
