Rinse the tofu and soak it in light salt water for 5 minutes. Remove and drain the water so that the fried tofu will not break easily

Chopped garlic sprouts

Heat a pan with cold oil and sauté a little chopped green onion and minced ginger

Pixian Red Oil Douban

Add a little Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant (the amount is determined by personal taste, my family eats less chili pepper, so just add less)

Add 1 tablespoon of water and bring to a boil

Add tofu and simmer for 5 or 6 minutes

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry

Add sugar and stir well

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well

Add a little salt and chicken essence, stir well and thicken the sauce, and serve
