Strawberry cheese buns
Overview
Even though it doesn't look very good, even if I have trypophobia, it's uncomfortable to watch, but the taste is really not lazy. I especially like the moist texture and it was greatly satisfied. Fruity, milky and floury aromas are mixed together, with a sweet aftertaste and a soft texture.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
Start by adding the bread ingredients (except salt and butter).
-
Knead the dough in the bread machine for about 30 minutes.
-
Add butter and salt to the mixed dough and knead for 30 minutes.
-
The kneaded dough will double in size.
-
Drain the air inside and shape into a round shape.
-
Let it double in size again.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, add the risen bread dough, and bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
-
Let the toasted bread cool slightly before cutting into pieces and put into ziplock bags.
-
Add all ingredients for filling except strawberries.
-
Mix well and set aside.
-
Cut strawberries into small pieces.
-
Make two cuts in the middle of the finished bread without cutting through.
-
Spread the prepared cheese sauce on the cut area and add some strawberry dices.
-
Then spread a layer of cheese sauce on the outer cut surface, stick a layer of milk powder on it, and you are ready to eat (the amount of milk powder on the outer layer is not included in the amount of filling).
-
What I like better is this, after smearing the cheese sauce on the outer cut surface, directly press the strawberries on the surface of the cheese sauce.
