Sweet and sour pork ribs is a representative popular traditional Han dish among sweet and sour dishes. It has fresh and tender meat, bright red color and oily texture, crispy and sweet taste, and is very popular among the public. My family is no exception, hehe~!

After washing the ribs, soak them in water for a while, then pour out the blood, rinse them with water and drain them;
