Papaya rock sugar stewed peach gum
Overview
Peach gum, also known as peach blossom tears, is naturally secreted by peach trees or wounds caused by external forces, and the secretion of peach gum is conducive to self-healing of wounds. The thicker liquid is evaporated by the sun to produce a solid. Dried peach gum is very hard and looks a bit like amber. Peach gum has sufficient water solubility and appropriate viscosity. It can soften after being soaked in water for more than ten hours. It has the effects of clearing blood and lowering lipids, relieving stress and anti-wrinkle and rejuvenating skin.

Soak the dried peach gum in water for 12 hours to soften it.

Remove impurities from the softened peach gum, drain the water and set aside.

Divide the washed peach gum evenly into two small stew pots, add papaya cubes to one of them, and add 30 grams of rock sugar to each.

Add appropriate amount of purified drinking water.

Place in an electric stew pot and simmer in hot water for 2 hours.

Can be paired with condensed milk or coconut milk, mix well and taste.
