Tomato Sausage Tube Noodles
Overview
Only with good sauce can you have good noodles. Use sausage meat filling to quickly create a rich and fulfilling flavor. It is combined with burnt onions and fresh mozzarella, as well as a large handful of freshly ground Parmesan. A few young basil leaves add a bright aroma at the end. Season as you like. It is not difficult to make Ragù if you replace it with minced meat. 30 minutes, let’s do it!

Steps
-
Put the disassembled sausage into the pan and fry until caramel color on all sides. Do not add oil. The sausage will release enough oil. If you are using finished packaged sausage, you need to add some olive oil. Prepare a pot of boiling water. Use the largest pot you have at home. Boil some more water and add two tablespoons of salt (preferably sea salt). Preheat the oven to 200C.
-
Add onions and sauté until tender and slightly caramelized around edges, over medium-high heat. At the same time, put the tube noodles into boiling water, use the highest heat to keep it boiling, stir it to prevent it from sticking to the bottom, and cook it for 2 minutes less than the packaging needs, or until you like the texture. Be careful to put it in the oven for a while later.
-
When the oil is hot enough, add the basil leaves and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
-
Pour the tomatoes into the pot and wait for it to boil again for 2 minutes.
-
Season with salt and black pepper, then pour the sauce into the baking pan and heat over direct heat until it boils.
-
Stir in the cooked pasta and cheese, pour in half a tablespoon (a large spoon used in a pot) of pasta soup, and stir thoroughly.
-
Break the mozzarellacheese into pieces and put it on the surface and put it in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
-
Serve it hot, and don’t forget to garnish it with basil leaves and its florets to see who pulls out the longer cheese shreds! I also need a glass of cold beer, haha enjoyla! ~
