Bread version of waffles

Prepare ingredients.

Put high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, yeast powder, eggs, and milk into the bread machine, select the kneading button, and knead until the surface of the dough is smooth (about twenty minutes).

Put the butter into the bread machine.

Knead until the butter is fully absorbed and the dough can be pulled out into a thin film.

The dough is fermented for the first time until it doubles in size.

Remove the dough from the bread machine and press the dough with your fist to release the air.

Divide the dough into 12 small pieces of the same size (each dough weighs about 60 grams). Then cover with cotton cloth and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Heat both sides of the waffle iron, then place both sides into the mould.

Close the mold. Heat over low heat and bake until the surface of the waffles is slightly brown.

Flip after one side is cooked. Grill the other side until golden brown. Then when eating, feel free to add your favorite fruits and sauces.
