  2. Peel the skin and tendons from the pork belly and chop it into a puree, similar to the stuffing of dumplings. Mix well with egg whites, green onions, ginger, spices, soy sauce, salt, water chestnuts, etc. Place the prepared meat filling on top of the egg pancake and shape it into a long strip about 3.5cm wide and 2.5cm high. The length depends on the diameter of the egg pancake. Then roll the egg pancake evenly, seal both ends, and wait to put it on the steamer.
