Overview

It's almost late autumn and the weather is getting cooler. After a summer of cold dishes and cold drinks, it’s time for our stomachs to take a good rest. The first choice of stomach-nourishing recipes is undoubtedly porridge. Among the porridges, millet porridge is among the best. Therefore, millet porridge frequently appears on my dining table. This millet porridge is added with longan and red beans, which makes the porridge more effective and tastes better.

  1. Dry-clean the longan and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes.

  5. Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker, cover it, and turn on the electricity.
