Mustard greens soup
Overview
Here in Guangdong, we like to make soup with various green vegetables. Whenever my husband and I go out to eat, we will order green vegetable stew. Today, my husband bought mustard greens and usually stir-fry them with garlic paste. Today, I changed the method and tried the mustard green stew at home. It was not bad and quite fresh.

Buy mustard greens, clean them, and cut them into long sections

Slice garlic and make bone soup in advance (chicken soup is also acceptable)

Heat a pan with cold oil until 40% hot, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant
