Steps
-
Cut the mushrooms into thick shreds and the garlic sprouts into small pieces.
-
After soaking the fungus, tear into small pieces and set aside.
-
Make a sauce by adding light soy sauce, mature vinegar, white sugar and a little green onion.
-
Chop some fat beef slices, you can also use pork belly. Since I’m not good at knife skills, I love all kinds of processed meat slices, hehe~
-
Put the meat slices into the pot, stir-fry over high heat until it changes color, and add five-spice powder to remove the fishy smell.
-
Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the fungus and shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir-fry.
-
When the mushrooms and garlic sprouts are wilted, add the prepared bowl of sauce and stir-fry evenly.
