Garlic lettuce
Overview
The lettuce grown by my elders is probably from relatively poor soil, and it has a bit of a bitter taste. It is not delicious when fried directly. My uncle usually eats more garlic, so my children also like to eat it, especially the second child.

Steps
-
Wash the lettuce.
-
Chop some minced garlic. When I have time, I chop it into fine pieces. If I don’t have time, I chop it into coarse pieces.
-
Boil a pot of water. Once the water boils, blanch the lettuce.
-
Remove the lettuce.
-
Heat another pot and add oil. The oil temperature can be higher.
-
Pour in minced garlic. If the oil temperature is high, turn off the heat as soon as you add the minced garlic.
-
Turn off the heat, add some salt, a little light soy sauce, and mix well. Many people pour the juice onto lettuce
-
I am used to pouring the lettuce back into the pot and turning it evenly so that the flavor is more even.
