Breakfast on the 61st day of lockdown. I found some potato flour left over from eating hot pot in the refrigerator.

Add water to the pot and add potato powder and cook.

Boil the potato flour and take it out.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add ginger and leek segments and stir-fry.

Add potato flour.

Stir fry evenly.

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Stir fry evenly.

Just sprinkle some peanuts.

Remove from pan and plate.
