Cranberry Crispy Bars
Overview
I rarely make biscuits. Most biscuits contain a lot of butter, which is not a snack that my son likes. I am also worried about the amount of butter. I only make 20 to 30 grams of bread at a time, which is several times more than the biscuits. I buy top-quality butter. If something goes wrong, it will be heartbreaking. However, some snacks have the texture of biscuits without using too much butter. They are not greasy and can be recommended. I always use my son’s love for them as the standard for good biscuits.
