One potato, peeled and cut into thin strips

One onion, peeled and shredded

Four eggs, beaten and fried into egg drop

Blanch the shredded potatoes, drain and set aside

Add oil to the wok, heat it up, add onions and stir-fry until cooked, add shredded potatoes, add salt, oil and five-spice powder and stir-fry, finally add in egg yolks and stir-fry slightly.
