Children's meat floss with zero addition
Overview
May Day, labor is the most glorious! I made pork floss during the short holiday. I didn’t use chicken essence and reduced the amount of salt and sugar. The result is very natural and delicious. It’s great to put in bread, cakes, or mixed with porridge for your children~ Because there are zero additives, you need to finish it as soon as possible!

Steps
-
Wash and drain the fresh tenderloin, cut into small pieces, and remove the fascia when it is time to cut.
-
Put the cut tenderloin into the pot with cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine.
-
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook, removing the foam while cooking.
-
Remove the tenderloin after it is cooked.
-
Put the cooked tenderloin into the food bag and use a meat mallet to loosen the meat. This will make it easier for the bread machine to break up the meat pieces.
-
Put the loosened pieces of meat into the bread machine, add all the seasonings, and start the "jam" function of the bread machine.
-
Check at any time during the process. Sometimes there will be some meat stuck to the inner wall of the bread machine, which needs to be removed with chopsticks. If it sticks to it for a long time, it will become mushy.
-
After the jam process is over, the meat floss is ready. If you want a richer taste, you can add some crushed seaweed or sesame seeds 5 minutes before the end of the process.
-
After the cooked meat floss is cooled naturally, put it into a clean container, seal it and store it in the refrigerator. Because there is no additives, you should eat it as soon as possible!
