Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms and peas
Overview
Peas are a favorite food of my children. The only vegetarian dish that the little guy who doesn’t like meat likes is soy products, which is a bit of comfort. Today’s stir-fry with king oyster mushrooms and peas is a side dish for breakfast, it’s delicious!

Prepare ingredients. My carrots were smaller so I used two.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into cubes.

Wash the carrots and cut into cubes.

Add a little oil to the wok, heat it up, add the carrots and stir-fry.

Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

Pour in the cooking wine and stir well.

Then add the peas and stir-fry.

Pour in about 50ml of water and cook for about 1 minute until the peas are cooked.

Finally add salt to taste and serve.
