Stewed radish with clams
Overview
The clams my husband bought were to be stir-fried and served with wine, so I kept part of them and paired them with the green radish tops at home to make a delicious stewed clams with shredded radish and served with rice. The soup was delicious!

Wash the clams. (The store had already let it spit out the sand when I bought it)

Grate the green radish into shreds.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry.

Sauté until the radish is slightly soft.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

When the water boils, add the clams.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

When the clams open and the shredded radish becomes soft, turn off the heat and serve.
