cherry radishes (I originally wanted to make more, but these are the only three left at home😬)

Use two chopsticks to cut the cherry radish (don’t cut off the bottom)

Appropriate amount of winter melon balls and carrot balls.

Boil water for two to three minutes.

Drain into cold boiling water and let cool.

Put the winter melon and radish balls into the container.

A tablespoon of white vinegar.

A tablespoon of sugar.

It looks like the first melt after snow, so beautiful!

Pour the white vinegar into another bowl, and use a small spoon to spoon it onto the unmelted sugar to speed up the melting. The color of the cherry radish melts into the white vinegar, which turns pink.
