Cut off the shrimp whiskers and shrimp guns.

Use scissors to cut the shell off the back of the shrimp, making it easier to open the back with a knife.

Use a cut from the back, the bottoms should be connected together, remove the lower thread, and pat it again with a knife to fully open the back of the shrimp.

Arrange on plate.

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic with a knife.

Add oyster sauce.

Add more olive oil.

Add the minced red pepper, you don’t have to add it if you don’t like it, add a little salt and mix well.

Spoon the minced garlic onto the shrimp.

Boil water in the pot, place the shrimps on the grate, and steam for 8 minutes.

Place red pepper rings on top, heat up the peanut oil in the pan, and pour the hot oil onto the steamed shrimps with a spoon.
