I can’t stop eating nougat. Since I learned about nougat, our family has never bought it from the supermarket. My family, relatives and friends all say that the candies I make are delicious. This year I prepared cranberry almond nougat for my family

Heat butter in a pot over low heat until melted

Add the marshmallows and slowly heat them over low heat until they melt

When the marshmallows melt, immediately turn off the heat and pour in the milk powder and mix

Add almonds and mix

Stir in the cranberries

Pour it onto a silicone mat and knead it evenly, it won’t be too sticky

Roll it out with a rolling pin

Roll it out to the thickness you think is suitable

Use a knife to cut it if it is not sticky

Cut into pieces
