Fragrant aroma---Olive oil-soaked garlic
Overview
Pesto in olive oil is a well-known delicious condiment in the Mediterranean region. Although it is simple, it has a strong exotic flavor. The most distinctive feature of Mediterranean cuisine is the use of olive oil. Greece, Italy, and Spain are all places rich in olive oil. With this innate convenience, olive oil is naturally indispensable in Mediterranean dishes. Like olive oil, garlic is as essential to Mediterranean cuisine as it is to go with everything - tassetise, fish, Greek salads, meats and vegetables. Once called the smelly rose, garlic is an incredible superfood that lives up to all the praise it gets. The olive oil and garlic are not too flashy but not too delicate, not too delicate but not too generous, just to maximize the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients.
