Fried radish balls
Overview
Everyone says that eating too much fried food is bad, but I don’t think anyone would eat fried food often. I only eat it a few times a year, so don’t worry too much, feel free to eat it and enjoy it 😂

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the carrots. Because they are relatively large, I only took 1/4
-
Grate into thin threads
-
No need to add salt, just squeeze it dry and remove excess juice
-
Break in 2 start-of-lay eggs (relatively small). If it is a larger egg, one is enough
-
Add light soy sauce and thirteen spices
-
Mix well
-
Add flour, little by little, and stir into a thick batter
-
Stirred radish batter
-
Heat a wide pan with oil. When the oil is about five minutes hot, add the meatballs
-
How to make meatballs: Grab a handful of batter with your left hand, squeeze out an appropriate amount of batter from the tiger's mouth, take a small spoon with your right hand, remove the squeezed out batter, and put it into the oil (no one helped to take pictures, and the right hand was holding a mobile phone to take pictures at this time, so the photo of the spoon in the right hand could not be taken)
-
Add the remaining meatballs one by one
-
The oil temperature should not be too high. Fry over low heat to avoid burning. When the surface of the meatballs is golden brown and they float in the oil pan, they are cooked.
-
Take it out, control the oil, and then place it on oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil
