Peel the papaya, cut it into thirds, scoop out the seeds, and put it into a standing bowl for later use.

Pour coconut milk, milk, and light cream into the pot, add 10g gelatin powder and sugar, stir evenly, heat (no need to boil), and let dry.

Pour the cooled coconut milk into the papaya.

Cover the lid (you can insert two toothpicks if you are afraid of not being able to cover it), seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Take it out and cut it open the next day.

You can cut it into the size shown in the picture, or you can cut it into four small strips for more convenience.
