[Handmade Pork Floss] --- A diary of the birth of Pork Floss
Overview
The homemade meat floss is not only delicious, but also healthy. It is great for children to use with porridge or as snacks. Sometimes I also use them to make meat floss bread, cake rolls, etc. All loved by the family.

Steps
-
Clean the pork tenderloin bought from the market.
-
Trim off the white fascia on the back of the tenderloin.
-
Clean and cut into large pieces.
-
Put it in boiling water to blanch it to remove the blood, take it out and clean it.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add green onions and ginger slices, and add the tenderloin pieces.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour until the meat is cooked.
-
Remove the cooked meat and let it dry slightly.
-
Put the meat pieces into a plastic bag in batches and beat them with a rolling pin.
-
The beaten pieces of meat will spread out along the lines.
-
Then tear the meat apart one by one. This is a long process.
-
All processed pork shreds.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and sugar, and stir evenly.
-
Add a little oil to the pot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry slowly over low heat until the shredded pork turns into floss. This large pot will take more than an hour.
-
You can add some fried white sesame seeds to the fried pork floss, which will make it taste particularly fragrant.
