All the ingredients are ready, choose large eggs. Dissolve the dry yeast with a little warm water.

Put all ingredients into bread machine and knead dough. Knead it into a ball and leave it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. .

After fermentation, divide into 8 portions, deflate and roll into balls.

Cover with plastic wrap and put it into the Changdi steam oven to start the fermentation function and ferment for about 30 minutes.

Set the middle and lower racks of the oven to 150 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the wedding cake over, place a baking sheet on top of the dough and bake for another 15 minutes.
