Chicken floss
Overview
In order to give my baby less food containing additives, I can only make enough food and clothing by myself!

Steps
-
Cook the chicken breast with onions and ginger, take it out and tear it into strips by hand (you can put it in a plastic bag and pat it with a rolling pin a few times)
-
Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes (you can also adjust it according to the power of your microwave) until the shredded meat has no moisture and is a little dry
-
Beat it in a mixer in batches. Beating too much at one time may result in uneven beating. Use chopsticks to stir several times during the beating process
-
It’s OK if you hit this level
-
Pour it into the pot and stir-fry over low heat. If the fire feels too strong, turn off the heat for a while but still stir-fry constantly to avoid burning the pot. Add some salt and sugar in the middle (the amount is appropriate according to your own preferences. I am feeding it to my baby, so I put less)
-
Stir-fry until the pork floss changes from color to golden brown, then it is ready to serve
