Matcha Honey Bean Two-Color Toast
Overview
Matcha and honey beans are a perfect match. In addition to cakes and breads, they are also very delicious. Usually bread is fermented twice. This time I used primary fermentation with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the bread to disappoint me. I was secretly happy~

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bucket first, liquid and then solid, and start the kneading program of the bread machine
-
At the end of the first kneading program, add softened butter and start the second kneading program again
-
After kneading, check the dough. The dough is in a complete stage and you can pull out a thin hand mask that is not easy to break
-
Divide into two parts equally, add matcha powder to one part (mix the matcha powder with water and knead it into the dough)
-
Divide the dough of the two colors into three equal parts and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a portion of the white dough and roll it out, then take a portion of the green dough and roll it out slightly smaller than the white portion. Place the green portion on top of the white portion and spread the honey beans on it. Press it firmly with your hands
-
Roll up into a strip, pinch the seal tightly, and make other dough in the same way
-
Roll three strips of dough into long braids
-
Fold both ends down and put them into the bread bucket at the bottom. Start the bread machine fermentation program for fermentation
-
Ferment until 89% full, start the baking process, bake for 45 minutes and choose a light color
-
End of baking time
-
Bread is baked
-
I didn’t expect that once-fermented bread is still very good
