Overview
Oatmeal bran powder has a really strong wheat aroma, so I want to add a little to whatever I do recently. I also added some to the toast this time. The finished toast is not in a stringy state, but the texture is still good. I like the silky flavor, which is great!

Put all the ingredients into the bread barrel in the order of liquid first, then solid, and start the bread machine's dough program. The dough will rise in 90 minutes.

Divide the dough into 3 even portions and rest for 10 minutes.
