Buy a piece of freshly grilled Mekong fish from the market

Stir-fry all the vegetables for 7 minutes, add boiling water and cook over high heat for ten minutes without covering the pot.

Remove the cooked vegetables with a slotted spoon and spread them on the bottom of the bowl.

Cut the fish into small pieces with scissors, put it in the pot and cook for eight minutes, take it out and put it on top of the vegetables, sprinkle some pepper and chopped green onion, pour the hot soup in the pot over the fish, it tastes delicious. ☀☀☀
