【Healthy breakfast】English scrambled eggs

In this day and age, time is so precious. A lazy person like me would rather skip breakfast and sleep for a few more minutes. Sleeping time is really more delicious than anything else! But for the sake of a healthy body, if we don’t want to be so hungry at noon that we don’t succeed in losing weight even after ten years of eating and drinking, we still need to invest ten minutes to eat something before going out. Omelette is actually as simple as instant noodles~~ If you learn this, you don’t need to go to an expensive five-star hotel to eat an expensive breakfast buffet! Hahahaha!

Prepare ingredients.

Beat three eggs in a larger bowl.

Add a little salt and pepper and break it up. (My measurement is to grab a little bit with my thumb and index finger. Please forgive my ugly hands...)

After thoroughly beating, add two tablespoons of water (or milk) and continue beating until the water and eggs are completely dissolved.

Reduce the heat to slightly hot and add a tablespoon of butter (or other regular oil). *Attention! It must be a slight fire.

After the butter is completely melted, add the beaten egg water.

Watch the eggs slowly solidify and then gently fold into a ball.

Until there is no watery part in the egg, it is ready to be taken out of the pan!
