Ingredients
Steps
-
First soften the butter for pie crust at room temperature
-
Put the cake flour and sugar into the butter
-
Knead the butter and flour together with your hands until they are smooth and the mixed flour should resemble coarse cornmeal.
-
Add a little water to the kneaded flour, add water little by little to form a dough, and rest for 30 minutes.
-
Roll the relaxed dough into a thin sheet, cover it on the pie plate, roll it on the pie plate with a rolling pin, and cut off the excess edges.
-
Gently press the dough sheet with your hands to make it fit tightly to the pan. Use a fork to prick some small holes in the bottom to prevent the pie crust from swelling when baking.
-
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, add sugar, beat with a whisk, add eggs to the large cheese paste, and continue to beat evenly.
-
Pour in the whipping cream, milk and lemon juice and continue to beat with a whisk.
-
Pour the flour into the whipped cheese batter and mix well to form a cheese filling.
-
Pour the cheese filling into the pie plate with dough and fill it 90% full. Preheat the oven in advance and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes until the cheese filling solidifies.
