I bought a large portion of rapeseed. Each one is about half a catty. It looks very big, but it has no tendons. It can be fried with a little fire until it becomes soft and mushy. It tastes great and is super cheap, only 50 cents per catty.

  8. Add the shellfish during the stir-fry process.

  9. Continue to stir-fry until the stems are broken and the leaves are cooked.
