Blueberry Jam Loaf Bread
Overview
Very easy-to-use long-route buns that don’t need to be shaped. They are decorated with sweet and sour blueberry jam. After eating one, you still want to eat another.

Knead the main ingredients except olive oil into a dough, then add olive oil, mix and knead until it can be pulled out into a slightly transparent film. Ferment until doubled or 2.5 times in size.

Deflate the fermented dough, divide it into 7 pieces of about 80g each, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out into an oval shape.

Fold in half.

Then fold it in half to close.

Roll into long strips with slightly pointed ends.

Arrange into baking pan.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Squeeze on blueberry jam.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Let cool and eat.
