  1. Knead the main ingredients except olive oil into a dough, then add olive oil, mix and knead until it can be pulled out into a slightly transparent film. Ferment until doubled or 2.5 times in size.

  2. Deflate the fermented dough, divide it into 7 pieces of about 80g each, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

  10. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
