Overview
Recently I have been involved in pasta. I have made steamed buns, dumplings, steamed buns and pies. This time I made mille-feuille pancakes, which were delicious.

Mix the yeast powder with warm water and add it to the flour, knead it into a dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Add salt and mix well.

Divide the dough into small portions and knead each portion evenly.

Roll the dough into a pancake, trying to make it as square as possible.

Use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a thin pancake.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, put the pancake cover in and fry over low heat.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.
