Recently I have been involved in pasta. I have made steamed buns, dumplings, steamed buns and pies. This time I made mille-feuille pancakes, which were delicious.

  1. Mix the yeast powder with warm water and add it to the flour, knead it into a dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

  11. Use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a thin pancake.

  12. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, put the pancake cover in and fry over low heat.
