Make the noodles in advance and chop the soft onions and set aside

Add five-spice powder to the chopped green onions, salt and sesame oil and stir evenly

Roll the dough into 1cm thin slices, brush with a layer of oil and sprinkle with the seasoned chives

Roll it up and roll it into a round cake from one end

Turn on the electric pan and fry until golden brown on both sides
