Dried sweet potatoes with honey sauce

The Little New Year is coming, can the Big New Year be far behind? I can already foresee that I will gain ten pounds (or more) by eating too much in a week, so I will make some healthy snacks before the Chinese New Year. Whether it is eaten by guests or by myself while watching TV, I will not feel as guilty as eating fried food, haha~ (But, fried food is really delicious...) There is no additives except natural honey, it is super chewy, and it is dried twice, it is so sweet!

Wash the skin of the red sweet potatoes and put them in the microwave on high heat for 2 to 4 minutes. Don’t make them completely cooked. Just use a bamboo skewer to poke them

Put it in the oven at 100-120 degrees and bake at low temperature for 1 hour
