Brush the oysters clean with a brush.

Place the oysters mouth side up on a plate and steam for 6 minutes.

Mince the onion and ginger, chop the millet and pepper, and pound the garlic into minced garlic.

Put the onion, ginger, millet and pepper into the garlic bowl, add light soy sauce, oil and a small amount of salt, stir evenly.
