Wash the yam (the yam looks ugly, but it is produced by my mother at home and is absolutely pollution-free)

Slice the yam and the cucumber

Put soybean oil in the pot, fry the eggs and put them into a bowl

Put some lard in the pot (you can do it if you don’t have soybean oil), add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant

Add yam and stir-fry for a while, then add fungus, eggs, cucumber, salt, soy sauce (according to your own taste, I think it is better to add less seasoning when cooking) stir-fry for a while, if it is not cooked enough, you can add a small amount of water and simmer for a while, finally add chicken essence and stir-fry
